Now that you understand that luck isn’t something you either have or you don’t, it's the perfect time to discuss how you can actually create more of it in your life. 

Below you will find five science based strategies you can implement today to create more luck in your life:

  1. Cultivate a Positive Mindset: Research shows that maintaining a positive/optimistic attitude can enhance your perception of opportunities and your confidence to stick with things longer. By focusing on the bright side and believing in your ability to overcome obstacles, you can attract more positive outcomes and luck in your life. 

  2. Practice Gratitude: Gratitude has been linked to optimistic thinkers and therefore, more luck. By acknowledging and appreciating the good things in your life you raise your vibration and become a match to more abundance.

  3. Stay Open to Possibilities: Being open-minded and receptive to new experiences increases your chances of encountering serendipitous opportunities. Keep an open mind, explore new interests, and be willing to step outside of your comfort zone. You never know what exciting opportunities might come your way!

  4. Build Strong Social Connections: Research suggests that strong social connections are associated with greater happiness and well-being. Surround yourself with positive, supportive people and coaches who inspire and uplift you. Building strong relationships can expand your network and expose you to new opportunities as well.

  5. Take Calculated Risks: Stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to new opportunities. Be willing to try new things, explore different paths, and embrace uncertainty. Taking strategic risks can propel you toward your goals and increase your chances of experiencing luck.
