My Top 4 Tips for Creating the Life & Biz of Your Dreams

My top tools...

(get started today!)

Hi beauty,

Today I’m sharing my top tips for creating the life and business of your dreams.

This is for you if you’re feeling stuck in judgment, unsure where to start, or ready to finally unleash your true self and what you value most so you can take aligned action towards your goals.

So often we get bogged down by the voices of others – and get conditioned to follow societal expectations that make it difficult to hear what’s really us versus someone else.

The tools below will help you gain more clarity and move in the right direction!

#1: Identify Your Core Values

Identifying your core values is the first step in creating a life and business most true to you. Your core values represent the essence of your soul and highest self – serving as guideposts that influence your behaviors and actions along your journey.

When in sync with your values, you are able to make decisions easily, attract dream clients effortlessly, and command higher price points. Everything starts to flow. When out of synch, you can experience resistance, physical health issues, and feeling dissatisfied in your life and business. It can also lead to unhealthy habits as the ego attempts to self-soothe.

It’s important to understand your core values before taking action, otherwise it can feel like you’re spinning your wheels, facing roadblocks, or out of alignment in some way.

#2: Rewrite Limiting Subconscious Beliefs

Once you know your core values and what you desire, it’s time to take inventory of any limiting beliefs holding you back. The truth is: you will only get so far if your mind and body are operating from negative subconscious programming. This is why it’s so important to assess and understand your beliefs and which are contributing to versus hindering your path.

Questions to ask:

  • What thoughts arise when I think about my dream life?

  • Are these thoughts rooted in fear, my past, or what I was told about myself and my abilities?

  • What thoughts do I wish to replace these with, to better support myself and the life I desire to create? What beliefs do I wish to hold true about myself?

Journaling on these questions will help you to gain greater awareness of your subconscious blocks and the limiting beliefs you are ready to rewrite. I also recommend practicing positive affirmations as often as possible to strengthen the new, empowering beliefs that you are implementing.

#3: Accept Your True Nature

Learning to accept yourself exactly as you are (your true nature) is a large part of creating the life and business of your dreams. We are all meant to work and live differently, and tapping into your own unique energy style can help you understand what you need to succeed.

It’s common to compare or judge yourself for not being able to do things like others. This is especially true if you are highly sensitive, empathic, or need more rest, downtime, or alone time than those around you. It can be easy to feel like there is something “wrong” with you for not being able to perform like others, but the truth is you were never meant to.

When you accept ourselves as you are, it gives you permission to do things your way. You ditch the self-judgment as you learn to embrace your own rhythm and your own energy. There is no “right” or “wrong” way of doing things, there is only what works and feels best for you. The process is about reclaiming who you really are and building a life around it.

To get started, I recommend learning your Human Design type! In my own life, this understanding has helped me to better accept my true nature and what I need to feel happiest and most like myself. Because I’m a Generator, for example, I know that I get easily drained when doing things I don’t enjoy. When doing things I love, however, I have limitless energy! Knowing this and much more has changed the way I run my business in a very positive way.

#4: Be Firm in Your Boundaries

Now that you understand your core values, your true nature, and your energy style, it’s time to put it all into action! One of the best ways to do this is to set firm, healthy, and realistic boundaries that support you and the life and business you are working to create. A great start is to affirm what you do want, versus what you do not. This means focusing on what works for you and aligning opportunities that support your vision.

Often, we let fear take over, which leads to us crossing our own boundaries. An example is taking on a new client that is not a good fit, because we are worried we won’t be able to attract more aligned clients (scarcity mindset). Or, allowing a client to schedule with us super late at night when we know it will take a toll on our own health and wellbeing (sacrificing our needs).

Instead of crossing your own boundaries, remind yourself that your success is dependent upon you feeling good in the process. It’s important to honor yourself and to set boundaries in your daily life that reflect the life and business you are working to create.

Questions to ask:

  • Where are the current energy leaks in my life and business? Where am I feeling drained, burned out, or uninspired?

  • When do I find myself crossing my own boundaries and sacrificing my own needs? What thoughts and patterns arise around this?

  • How can I outsource, delegate, ask for help, hire a coach, and say “no” to better honor my needs?

  • What actions do I need to take to set better boundaries and protect my energy?

To get started, you can journal on these questions and think more about what steps you can take to be more form with your own boundaries.
